You can participate in this course in two ways:

1. For your own benefit without any certification or direct connection with Yogacharini Maitreyi and the Arkaya community.
2. Receive a certificate of completion and/or letter from Arkaya for continued education credits as a yoga teacher or your accrediting organization / association (for example: health and wellness / therapy professionals).
   1. You are required to attend one month of the weekly Community Class & Satsangh on Saturdays from 9 to 11:30 AM PST. You get access to this free month of live classes by emailing [email protected] and letting us know the dates that will work for you to attend 4 live sessions.
   2. You are required to submit your contemplation assignments from the program to [email protected].
